Therapy with me……..

My style? Think of therapy with me like a good conversation: relaxed, honest, and yes—sometimes even sprinkled with humor (because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy). You get to show up exactly as you are—messy, anxious, unsure, hopeful, stuck in a never-ending game of “what am I even doing with my life?” (You’re so not alone), you’re in the right place!!! No pressure to be perfect here.

I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a whole lot of human connection to help you make sense of what’s going on—and what’s next. Therapy is a process. There will be ups, downs, and moments where it feels like nothing’s happening (spoiler alert: it is). But with patience, consistency, and a little courage, growth happens. Real, lasting, sometimes quietly life-changing growth.

Sessions are held virtually, so you can show up from your couch, your car, or anywhere you feel safe. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with warmth, support, and just the right amount of push when you need it.

I’m a down-to-earth, calm, and straightforward person often described as supportive and real. Humor and music are huge parts of my life—they lift the mood and make things more fun! Who doesn’t love a spontaneous dance party? Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be enjoyable, so don’t be surprised if I suggest music, a TV series, a movie, or even a comedy special as part of your homework! As a lifelong learner, being a therapist feels like the perfect fit for me. Every day, I get to meet incredible people, hear their unique stories, and grow alongside them.
