I’m a down-to-earth, calm, and straightforward person often described as supportive and real. Humor and music are huge parts of my life—they lift the mood and make things more fun! Who doesn’t love a spontaneous dance party? Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be enjoyable, so don’t be surprised if I suggest music, a TV series, a movie, or even a comedy special as part of your homework! As a lifelong learner, being a therapist feels like the perfect fit for me. Every day, I get to meet incredible people, hear their unique stories, and grow alongside them.
